The customer (the advocate and client) can choose to cancel their services at any time.
In the event of any cancellation by the advocate due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for the client.
In case of any cancellation from the client, a refund of the amount paid by the client through online mode will be made in proportion to the incomplete work only.
In case of any dispute, the liability of generalinv.com is limited to a refund of the amount paid by the client through online mode in proportion to the incomplete work.
If the payment has been made directly to the advocate by the client, generalinv.com will not have any financial responsibility, and no refund can be demanded.
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any work.
Returns Policy
Returns will be provided by the respective experts or advisers directly under this policy in terms of a refund in proportion to the incomplete work.
